Guest Service Representaive
Responsible for checking guests into and out of the hotel. Posts charges to guestrooms, verifies credit cards, balances bank at the end of the shift. Distributes information to guests in a timely manner. Assists in rectifying guests’ questions and concerns.

Spa Reception
Assists in the Spa with checking guests in and out, spa lunch orders and taking spa reservations.
